DOMESTIC DISTRIBUTION POLICY:

DISTRIBUTOR

Only one distributor is assigned to a geographic area that can be serviced successfully. A distributor may assign dealers within their geographic area. A minimum initial $10,000 order of products is necessary to become a distributor. Subsequent orders may be purchased on the same price schedule. A mutually agreed upon volume will be monitored annually to continue as a distributor.

DEALER

Dealers are not assigned a specific area. More than one dealer may be in an area. A minimum initial $2,400 product order is necessary.

FOREIGN DISTRIBUTION POLICY

Some countries are still available for distribution of Bell products. To obtain exclusive rights to a country, a distributor must purchase mutually agreed upon volumes that are monitored annually by both the distributor and Bell Performance.

MANUFACTURING REPS

Both domestic and foreign sales may be handled by Manufacturing Reps in areas not covered by distributors or dealers.
